Tip #1 for beginner travelers to Japan: Unless you're always "in the know", you don't have to wait 3 hours for good ramen. It's one of the most competitive market, and shops close and open everytime. Chances are, wherever you go, you'll probably eat better Ramen than what you can get anywhere else outside Japan.
Random ramen places in Japan, and Michelin star ramen places outside of Japan. There's literally hidden gems everywhere in Japan, going to a Michelin star place is a waste of the plane ticket in my opinion
Can’t agree more. My biggest regret during my Japan trip was waiting 3 hours for Nakiryu, another Michelin star ramen. The ramen was great, but definitely not worth the 3 hours. The only time anywhere was worth the wait is if they have an online queue so you can do other stuff in the area. Otherwise just find yourself any local ramen place and you’re almost guaranteed great ramen
Thats so generic. The 3 hour wait is for the michelin star one. No shit theres gonna be ramen places. You are just trying hard to sound smart. "Haha you should be in the know" "Haha there's other places to eat this famous dish"
Michelin stars don’t mean shit about the restaurant other than the tire dude made this a destination restaurant so everyone would obsess over it because they liked it. There are amazing restaurants that don’t hold stars. Waisting 3 hours for ramen is insane.
@@Earthboundearthboundooh you don’t have to get your titties in a bunch over my opinion. Opinions are like assholes, we all have one, some just stink more than others! But thank for letting me know my opinion bothered you! 😍 your 2 cents means.. well just that. 2 cents and a source of free entertainment 😍
Not disrespecting her or anything but why do people like you go onto every single channel involving her spamming oh rip Lynja you will be missed. Its piss annoying that you’re using her death to get attention (sorry if you aren’t)
BTW the owner only made 80 or so bowl of these daily. He's a decorated chef and cooked everything alone. Yes all of those, soup noodle garniture everything is handmade daily by one guy.
I’m glad Lynja was able to enjoy all this amazing food before she passed. I think it’s every foodie’s dream to go on a vacation where all you do is eat good food, especially with a friend.
Rip Lynja 🙏🏻❤️ btw... This isn't the best Ramen. Its just fancy ramen. You want the best Ramen? Go to Fukuoka, the home of ramen and get Hakata style. THAT is the best ramen... Unless youre Muslim
Did you notice the old lady next to him when he was eating that was lynjia I believe that’s how you spell her name was this his first time meeting her in real life.
I've had way better ramen 🍜 then that in Japan and wasn't even Michelin star no 🧢. You're looking for simple bowl of ramen then it's for you but I ain't spending 3 hours and that much money on a simple bowl of ramen
Package ramen and this ramen are two very different things. The quality of this type of ramen is beyond cheap ramen. Who’s to say whether or not a dish should be fancy? But also Michelin stars don’t just mean fancy. There’s a lot of places that serve simpler food with Michelin stars, but it’s about the quality
I just made the ramen from your cookbook today and let me tell you it was complete garbage, But what your cookbook and RU-vid channel has told me is yo keep practicing and becoming more experienced the more you try, Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart
Considering it's a 3 hour wait for the food, 80 people per day sounds a bit too much. Serving 24 people would mean they've worked 12 hours without breaks.
We got no reason to cry, lads. Lynja is still here. Video, hearts, or mind, we still see her, every day, and smile when we look up on the things Lynja did with her audience, and nick.
Fun fact: Michelin Stars are awarded by the TIRE COMPANY, Michelin. It's a ploy to get people to wear out their tyres by travelling more. Don't believe me? Look it up lol
