This song takes me back to the sweet days of my early childhood years that I'd always love to go back to but sadly I'll never get to go back to ever again.
thank you for this song...I wish you could save me....I'm a musician, that was homeless, and suicidal, and stuff.....and it was tough to find anyone who cared...rock, on!!.....peace, Jeff Stovash
wow just play this after that paducah 2001 video, here's she's blown up and in the middle of that 3 or 4 year run she had. This song holds up fine 2019. And the drummer-that's Kenny Aronoff, John Mellencamp's longtimer back when who is an ace session guy. Can't mistake that guy.
Good live performance. Thank God. I had the misfortune of finding some really bad live MBranch performances when I first started searching for them and I was about ready to call her a manufactured star.
this is on my homeless survival tape, along with Avril lavigne,"nobody's home," and jody abbott,"blind man," that nobody's heard....kick me for turning down my only record offer..Was right after Cobain's suicide.......I feel so dumb......my first time on stage, and I sucked...played hundreds, of times, since then, and they never asked again........I love this song.....thanks!!! peace, Jeff Stovash.
I'm listening now February 11th 2021 as well as listening to Stacie Orrico There must be more to life.Reminds me when I was younger driving and listening to this stuff on the radio with my daughter who was just lil sitting in the back seat,I sent these songs to her all these years later and she instantly fell in love.Cheers from Canada my friends and be safe with this covid..but don't ever stop listening to this great music.I turned 45 February 1st but I still love this stuff and the memories and for that I thank you whole heartedly Michelle and Stacie 💗
This song really hits me deep down to my soul, due to an experience my late father and I had where we were driving around out in the country and we went out into a crop field. I had gotten out and was walking around and there appeared a cross shape up in the sky shinning through the clouds. It was pretty amazing and we figured "physically" it must have been the way the sun was shining through the clouds up in the sky, however my "earthly"father had our vehicle on with the radio playing and this song was on right as we first saw it. It was pretty intense where this really isn't an out right Christian song but I think a spiritual meaning could strongly be applied to it. With that personal account be given I'd bring up the account of the Roman emperor Constantine I think it was who right before a major battle saw a cross up in the sky with his troops and they wound up being victorious. Thus he went on to make Christianity the religion of the Roma Empire. Any how that was something I felt I needed to make known here for people to read about. Especially since my father has passed away close to a year ago from when I posted this. He was a navy vet from the tail end of the cold war. He had a lot of physical and mental health problems he had to take a fist full of meds for. At the end he was suffering from sodium/electrolyte imbalances that I think brought about cardiac arrest. Fortunately he passed in his bed at night. I was the one who walked in and found him. I take comfort in knowing that he she'd his physical broken down body for a new imperishable one that doesn't require medication to maintain it and that does not tire, hunger, or thirst.
I never really liked Eva I mean I like the genre but Amy lee's band and bring me to life just *yawn* so many people loved that one and I just never got it. I never realized how amazing she was until she teamed up with Seether who at least has a great melody....
Don't diss Evenescense ...but yea Staci was on fire..and in my opinion still is considering my heart still flames high as did before when listening to this beautiful great talent
What if michelle branch was in a sci fi action movie where she a soldier fighting aliens gets a relive the same day over and over again the day restarting every day time she dies
Kids should be at these concerts instead of Hannah Montana Co. consumerfests. Writing your own lyrics and playing an instrument in addition to singing? Who'da thought?
