I feel her pain , Im homeless myself, had an aneurysm over year ago , Open heart surgery , Blood clot , Been in and out of the hospital, Two weeks ago back in the hospital with infection and fluid buildup around the heart, I live in a broken down car , Dogs get treated better here than people, I have no hope no future, No one cares, ☹️

Can't she go to a shelter, so their services can get her into emergency housing (Section 8 voucher, low income housing or assisted living) There's absolutely no reason for this. She needs a Social Worker, from the State of Florida and local shelter.
I agree one thousand pre cent if you are white you will get help but being. black and no family help but when family was helping they would steal them blind so no one can take care of a grown woman but they will help you get help if you are serious about being tried of being homeless it's program out there to help
