She wouldn’t mention it if she was trying to be smart… she would stay away from the subject all together ESPECIALLY if she was so happy. Imagine what it would’ve looked like her all happy go lucky than “oh it’s an amazing day my hairdresser… btw that dumb b…. Is missing … what no I am not happy she’s missing why in the world would you think that!!

Who would go relax at a salon the next day? Dolling herself up for expected new life.

But how come Jennifer’s remains are STILL missing? They know their approximate whereabouts the days before and proceeding her vanishing. It seems like any mom would instinctually know the mental health crisis this would inflict on his 5 children , FOREVER, and that it would be no easy street. Even a sociopath knows when she’s no longer a spring chicken, and that the world is full of older and wealthy men in the sea! And men already divorced! So I can’t see even a sociopath electing that Jennifer be “gone for good” in this manner. Maybe I’m growing too gullible, but I’m just not 100% convinced.

@slwtgf it's pretty straightforward in this case. All the random evidence and pointless evidence and the genuine evidence (that ok , isn't always straightforward) all points to the "getting rid of someone who was in the way" of fotis and Michelle's life. Fotis wanted his kids and Michelle to be together , he also wanted Jennifer to live with them (what a wierdo) but when Jennifer refused and was unhappy with the way fotis parented (ie taking the kids to adult clubs etc that he and Michelle thought were fine) and his access was stopped then supervised , it appears it's an easy way out for them to get rid of the barrier. Jennifer could be anywhere, in or under one of his many properties, in rivers, buried in bits in the countryside, burnt, chopped up. Gruesome but it is what it is. No one knows that part. Michelle LIVED with him. She wanted to know his every move , she knew all about it. She knows where Jennifer is but could never say as it will be proof that she knows. As anyone would, she uses self-preservation to appear innocent to it . She didn't mind having sex in the garage against the area of the truck in which Jennifer's blood was found , she didn't notice that. Yeah right. Bit of an odd thing to do isn't it..... She lied on each interview, she was given more chances than most suspects. There's so much that points to her guilt. Lock her up.

@astrialindah2773 or you watch the trial as I did, and as the evidence shows , there was blood on the passenger side seat, right where they were having sex. The homewrecker would know that though, she was aware what went on. Justice for Jennifer.

Yes it’s all adding up, today. Her families rigorous defense gave me pause, made me incredulous and sad, if she truly knew nothing. Today, their heated media responses serve to illustrate a family that’s very emotion driven: prone to over zealous + passionate stances, imo. MT undoubtedly felt indignantly self righteous towards Jennifer, real hate. MT is MORE capable of incredible hate + rage versus ditsy, sun shiny role she was hell bent on playing.

Absolutely!!! And I watch ALOT of True Crime Documentaries and I’ve NEVER heard a defense attorney ask the stupidest questions!!! And again I totally understand why both sides have to do their due diligence!! But this guy!! Idk 🤷‍♀️ He’s a weirdo

They may appear dumb to you but he definitely has an agenda..... And his agenda is all about defending his client. Perhaps you'll see it makes sense when the defense presents their arguments.😉

I agree. It would have been wise for the defense to stand down with an 88 year old grandmother caring for 5 grandchildren and a murdered daughter. @@LilTex0825

I'm not sure she is capable of the kinds of feelings toward Jennifer's mom or anyone else fur that matter.

At the Age of 88 she a strong woman to have so much to deal with

and what’s up with Fotis leaving his guests Twice to go somewhere with his car? Possibly, a person following him on one trip? Seems to me, the jury can come away with thinking He was toasting for another reason.

Big difference if he made a Greek dressing or Italian vinaigrette…if Greek could mean he was feeling at home, however if Italian he may have been feeling aggressive…Fotis was notorious for disliking Italians 🐰

one day after the murder. It seems like when jennifer dropped off the purse to the husband at the pond she would’ve been upset and mentioned something to the Pond owner as they were all just together two days prior having dinner.

I thought so too and have seen that but this judge is different than any judge I’ve seen also.. sometimes I feel he thinks the question through out loud and give the attorney the way they can get the question through (especially to the state). I hope the jury keeps an open mind and pays attention to the nuances between the detectives and Michelle during the interviews.

I thought he ruled more for the Prosecution. He’s just trying to get to the truth of the matter for the Jury.

I'm finding that he's for the LAW, not one side or another. He must have been a spectacular attorney. He's top shelf in multiple categories. I'd want him overseeing my case if I were a defendant.

@@emileeleewolfe4192 He is very attentive to detail; but it is very, very , demostrably rare for a judge to constantly restate and reframe counsel's questions.

Though the defense raising the fact that Michelle was happy after Jennifer was gone is very incriminating since Michelle was very jealous of all the women in Fotis's life
