Yes they have they just put up 100 ft scoreboard and about 12 years ago they put up a bunch of seat back seats and a bunch of skyboxes to they have spent about a 100 mil dollars in the last 13 years

As an ohio state fan the surprising thing to me is that despite being the biggest college stadium its literally in a valley so its not like shoe the second biggest but very high up.
