You stated this was for first offense, would this be different for second offense reduced to a first offense? I had two dui’s over 25 years ago and have been driving on a restricted for 25 years now.I haven’t tried to get a full license because my restricted says I can drive from 6am to 6am to me this is a full license but a pain when I have to show my paper work and explain to the officer why I’m driving. The last time I was pulled over I had a paper license and the officer was so young he said he’d never seen a paper license. Side note: I have 0,none no other driving infractions since the last DUI.The times I have been pulled over no tickets were issued,I’m sure they ran my plate and seen I had priors and were just checking to see if I was drinking again. Oh! My point besides my first question was the attorney I had hired to get this mess cleaned up for me had died in the middle of my case so this was another reason I just left it alone.
@@AaronJBoriaPLLCPlymouth One more question and it's just in your opinion.. - Four years from now all new cars will have to have drunk driving detection technology, it's part of President Biden's infrastructure bill. Cars made in 2026 and beyond will look a little different than now. All built then will come with new tech, tech that can tell when someone is driving drunk. In your view, will this faze the faulty interlock device once and for all? And do you see this as bright side to encourage people with suspended licenses or revoked ones, to get back on the road much easier without the shackle of a 3rd party.
