It is sweet enough to stand on it's own as a dessert type breakfast, yet the texture is great for sandwiches. Its just my hubby and I, so we ate one and shared the other with a neighbor. New subscriber here I came over from Momma Mel & Jennifer’s channels! I love this so much. My heart aches for Heather and her family. I remember when her tragedy happened. I knew there wasn’t anything I could do at the time but pray. Then I put her channel on and just let the videos play, hoping she would get a little extra money from RU-vid ads.

That looks so yummy! I’ll have to try that recipe. I laughed when you were talking to the dough hook, telling it to get in the back. I work in a school cafeteria and I’m the baker/ bread maker. I make 720 yeast rolls just about every day. I do the same with my bread hook. I’ll be turning the mixer on and off till I get the bread hook in the back. We start back to school today so I’m starting my day off watching this. Tfs and doing this for Heather! 😊

I believe I did add most of it. You have to add it slowly after the first 3 cups. I never really worry about the exact amount I simply add little by little till it’s a soft lovely clean dough. 😊

I’m going to try this recipe but I’ll use milk or oat milk instead of water I’ll also use white flour bc I have Crohn’s and cannot eat high fibre foods. I can’t wait to try this recipe!! Sounds delicious I made this recipe last night with the chances mentioned above and it was absolutely delicious!!!!
I have my go to recipe for dough from Heather hanging up in my kitchen cabinet I call it “My Kneady Bread” . Only my favorites get hung up there!! and it gets used for so many things, Italian bread, pizza dough cinnamon rolls. Yeah she’s fabulous!❤️ God’s blessings for both of you!
I love Heather’s videos. She is so sweet. I actually made this bread with syrup my Son tapped from his trees. I made him a loaf as Heather suggested and He loved it. It is a wonderful recipe.
I absolutely love bread and this looks so delicious. Thanks for reminding me of Heather’s channel. What trials she has had. I don’t have a Kitchen Aid mixer so probably won’t get to make this bread. I bet it would be good with honey butter. Thanks!
Hi Karen. Don’t know the exact size. But they are just a smidge shorter then my other bread pans and about 4 inches wide. I bought them years ago from Temptations on QVC. I believe they still make them or a set similar. Lord bless, Darlene
