Any time parent goes in screaming about their rights, their feelings instead of the child's well being- they are going to lose- and rightfully so. This mom makes it all about her.

You'd think after losing 3 other kids she would know how this works

Angry, selfish Mom who would rather sign away her parental rights than work services to better herself and build a relationship with her child. But...she has already had 3 children taken away, which speaks volumes. 😢

4 kids taken away. Breeding without responsibility. If a baby is born with illicit drugs in its system, it should never go home with that birth female.

I'm sorry, but I did CPS work in my state for almost 25 years & I cannot believe that they're going for Termination without having an adoption plan for this child! He doesn't know if foster parents or parents of previous children are interested in adoption? Really?!? 😲 This seems to be what happens when services are too departmentalized. 🙄 I was always the only case worker for a child from intake to TPR, adoption, reunification or Independent Living. I knew EVERYTHING about all my cases & would only have to refer to notes for numbers like dates, number of drug screens that were positive/negative, etc. I also knew the full hospitalization,arrest, and prescription records of all parties. IMO Rights do need to be terminated in this case, but I can't believe the generalities of the questioning & the lack of basic knowledge that each worker seems to be prepared with prior to a TPR hearing. I may be missing something here, but I'm glad I worked where I did & when I did. Believe it or not, I'm retired now & have previous kids, parents (even TPR'd parents), foster parents, adoptive parents & CASAs on my social media friends lists. This has been a very enlightening video for me as to how different things are done in each state.

My only issue is, why do they not make a sincere attempt to locate this child's biological father? He may want to get custody and raise his daughter, but no sincere attempt has been made. 😢

Once again I submit that we should rethink forced sterilization.

I'm only 18 minutes in and this is hard for me to watch. My baby died in my arms an hour after delivery less than a year before her child was born. I wanted her more than anything in this world. This mouth breather is a waste of space..

There is a way to fix this issue. It’s called tubal and yes the court can order it an in this case it needs to be ordered. My sister had 2 children she let our parents take the 1st one and let a stranger have the 2nd one. I called the ob told them what was going on she put in a court order to get her fixed the judge granted that order.

You have to wonder at the GAL level of involvement when he can't get the sex of the child right. Questionable attention to detail.

She'd rather give up ANOTHER child than give up drugs.

I’m so happy to hear this Judge speak! 👏👏👏 The Judge did what is best for the child. I was afraid the Judge was going to give her more chances. So happy everybody here understands that the child’s best interest is for her to not be around the biological Mother.

Immediately no. ✂️ Sever her rights as soon as she wasn't on the Zoom, and they had to contact her. All of the other kids were taken, so she understands exactly what she's doing. Those kids need safety and love, not her. I hope the kids have a good life with lots of therapy.

😮Obviously this mother is not capable of caring for any child, but why would a hotel,motel not be a suitable place for mother and child ? If it has utilities, roof over their heads, refrigerator, microwave, and is a clean domicile I wouldn't think it is a problem.

It’s clear that one big fault in our system is you have to be on drugs or act crazy to be able to get help from the system.

Mom sounds like she is a bratty teen. Drug addict and given birth to your child that you forced drugs on..never should have been a mother to begin with. Having children to give away for tax payers to care for her selfish, dangerous acts. Her poor children never had a chance from the time they were conceived. If they don't have mental challenges for the rest of their lives, they will eventually find out how she didn't care about them. What a horror. I hope all her children all don't stay in foster care and eventually find a family that love them!

The system is so broken. She is rewarded for refusing mental healthcare and abusing drugs by giving her social security. Why would she change? If she got those two issues under control, she would lose her benefits and have to work to support herself. Drug use is illegal, in most states at least, it should be treatment or jail. She abused this baby by using drugs during pregnancy, refusing prenatal care and even scheduled c-section, to the point the baby had withdrawal after birth. She is refusing treatment for her mental illness. The open flow of drugs through the border needs fixing, then it’s time to start helping people and holding them accountable for their choices instead of rewarding poor choices.

She thinks she is going to override a Judge with her friend police officer?😂. Three previous relimquishments? Forget counseling she needs to be in facility. The system is letting her down mentally. Oh, if she has multiple hospitalizations, but did no good, makes situation worse. Sad for each one of those children.

I object to te Judge referring.to the individuals attending the trial as "workers"!! They are professionals. Please.call them "representives". They are each representing their particular and specific services organizations..
