Once the Nolle Prosequi is processed, the complete arrest and charge history is cleared from public record as well? I'm getting mixed answers on this one.
Have you ever heard of a judge changing your “sentencing” to a review. Remanding you to jail, I was sent to probation and in 30 minutes when I could not urinate i was remanded to jail. It was 330 pm. The court is open until 430. They also kept a warrant out for my arrest on a ticket they agreed to dismiss as part of my plea. They told my friend it was for my finger prints. But they had them. They kept me for 7 days.
