Idk if I'm the only one who noticed (doubt it) but that Michigan offense started cooking when they started running left (with priebe and hinton) consistently. Those two guys have experience so early in the season the run game may need to run through them.

Old man lifelong Michigan fan going back to the beginning of the sacred 10 Year War. Big respect to Ohio State who has always kept its end of the rivalry-bargain by staying strong even while Michigan lost its way for 15-18 years there. It's really great to see such a respectful comment from a Buckeye here. It used to be that way: Fierce rivalry on the field but always cleanly played and something cherished by both sides with a quiet unspoken respect. I dislike how poisonous it's gotten over the last few years...makes it a lot less fun. I don't want to ACTUALLY hate Buckeye fans. So, thank you for your civility...you guys look like you might have one helluva team this year, but...go Blue! 😉

@@JS45678 nice to see a rational Buckeye fan. True fans of football and of these 2 teams should root for the Big team against any other conference. Yes, root for team during the match up, but hating on your conference team against an opposing conference just doesn’t sit well with me. Hopefully we both are undefeated when we meet as you said! Think you covered it all for me . What you won't see as well. 60 years of watching CFB and this old timer can tell you an elite defense can win you games against any offense of any type. Win the LOS never fails . What I think will get them thru is for the energy and keeping the defense off the field as much as possible. After that . Exacute . Be violent on run blocking . And go Blue. That kid Alverez can hit the long ball with that leg so buckle in.

Zvada is booming kicks like Moody did for Michigan. I would like to see more push from both lines and Michigan winning in the trenches like trench warfare is essentially the key to victory indeed. I feel Michigan will do that.

Texas got pressured on two plays.. one resulted in sack the other interception… I think zone blitz in key situations and or just bringing the 4 or 5 best in key situations will be enough can’t play man vs this insane speed

I think Michigan really needs to run the ball effective move the chains and control the clock keep their offense off the field (Texas)not turn the ball over! Play like a team expecting to win! Basically don't be intimidated by Texas, don't get rattled! Finally get off to a strong start I believe is key, if the offensive line stands tall, I like their chances on winning the game

I think a “bend, don’t break” mentality on defense is the right strategy in this game. Of course we all just talk about random schemes, Wink has boatloads of experience so let’s put our faith in his expertise! 27-20 Michigan, Go Blue! 💪💪💪

When Michigan faced explosive offenses the last three years under McDonald and Minter, they didn't blitz often. If Wink blitzes alot, they might get burned. Just hold everything in front and force Texas to kick field goals. On offense, Michigan's oline has to take advantage of Texas's interior dline. They lost Byron Murphy and D'vondre Swift to the NFL. And Warren can't just stare down Loveland and get his receivers involved
