It's a great technique when combined with open string harmonics - either bend them up or bend first, do a one-handed harmonic then release the bend to pitch down. But obviously doge is going beast mode to do it on the low E like this.
@@koji3923pro tip, iron man’s opening riff is the open E with a behind the nut bend, Iommi was also playing an E on the D string to make it an octave, that he bent out of pitch

"tuning: F standard (use octaver/pitch shift to go down 1 octave)" personally I prefer loosening my strings so much I can wrap them around the planet twice with some slack left over
