That bending technique going above the nut on Meathook is pretty slick. I always thought it was just played so hard that the string was going slightly sharp.
As in a 7 or 8 string? I started with 6 and jumped straight to 8, it was like a completely different instrument. I think it would be best to start with 6 or you might get overwhelmed.
@@coneplays3691 Understood! I was thinking about the 8 string as shown here.. Also, Can I play the same doom riffs on the 6 string? Edit: Don't roast me if I said anything wrong. I am a total TOTAL noob. I only know Guitars have types and different amount of strings. That's it.
@@ftfgamer999 Hmmm, if you got a baritone 6 string you could play these riffs. The tunings are really low so need a long scale length and thick string gauges. Alternatively you could try an 8 String, as for the 8 string in this vid I think they discontinued it.
Some are super low! Here are the tunings for each of the riffs: 10. Drop E 9. Drop G# 8. Double Drop B 7. Double Drop D 6. Drop A 5. F standard 4. F standard 3. Double Drop D 2. Drop E 1. Double Drop D
