Mick O' Connor and Sadhbh Peat 

This lovely set features Mick O'Connor on Flute and Sadhbh Peat on Concertina. Mick is well known to many musicians; he has done so much for music in Dublin and beyond and I just love hearing his stories. Not just the ones about tunes but the whole story of traditional music in Dublin...he is a legend...he has seen the growth of the traditional music scene and he lived through the days when playing traditional music was frowned upon by the people generally. Sadhbh is a beautiful concertina player and she is also a beautiful Sean Nos singer.
