We love to see him thrive at Mercedes, he's doing a wonderful job with them and the team seems to value his input so much.

Toto will make Mick an F1 Champion one day. I think they have a special friendship and chemistry.

He seems so much more confident and happy plus comfortable with Mercedes, unlike Haas who always criticized him for anything. Shows the difference between true champions and backmarkers that will disappear forgotten.

I am so happy Mercedes took Mick under their wing. He seems like he found his confidence again. Beautiful environment you guys have set up, cheers Mercedes!

He has the best team to be in for the general environment, knowledge and experience. He will be able to extract everything that he should have got as a F1 driver. I never stopped believing in him

I am so excited to see Mick at Mercedes and under the tutelage of Toto and Lewis. Quite a contrast to be learning in a championship culture instead of the doodoo pike that is Gunther Steiner and Haas. he really seem to have blossomed since he joined Mercedes

From what I thought, Mick's sim time directly related into setup improvements that helped in quali and the race. May not have been a restful night, but sounds like it was incredibly valuable. So great to see him getting along with the team so well and already providing useful information.

I think we can say that Mick has great potential, he showed it also at the RoC last year where he nearly won the whole thing! It shows that he is a very capable driver. Maybe not Formula 1, but time will tell and he will go his own way.

Mick is doing a really great job in the simulator and the team seem to be involving him in most things that happen which is a beautiful thing to do. He seems very confident now. I love the way Mercedes is treating him, they’re training him with champion mentality not like that looser team Haas

I love these videos but it's just always to short, and how do I put this politely.... a bit to corporate and rigid. like let us hear some of the conversations he's having with Lewis or George. Every week it would be great to get "Micks perspective" what were some of the setups he tried and why. obviously you don't want to give up trade secrets but seems like a lot more great content could be mined from Mick because he's got a truly unique perspective right now! sorry started rambling and couldn't stop lol

I see Mick going to Williams next season. No doubt Toto is praising Mick to James and with the Mercedes links I think it’d be a great fit for him. And can Mick do a couple of FP1 sessions in the Mercedes this season? That would good not only for him, but the team as well and would benefit his work in the simulator.

I never been fan of Toto but I highly value his support for Mick.

i think Mick needs to go to williams. ik what you will say lemme explain so i think mick should go to williams to develop as a driver. Haas wanted someone who was alr top tier and mick was in his 2nd season compared to k-mag who was in like his 7th or 6th yr while at williams he could develop his racecraft patience and overall his driving
