In all these years, we have never done something Disney-related for Christmas. Let's change that. Let's look at something relating to a Disney Channel show I used to watch 20 years ago. Let's review Mickey's Magical Christmas: Snowed In At The House Of Mouse!

Oh, I saw the movie in recent years, and I thought it was fun. The shorts featured throughout it were certainly enjoyable; I remember Pluto's Christmas Tree in my childhood, The Nutcracker was so funny with everyone breaking the fourth wall, and Mickey's Christmas Carol is so terrific! In fact, this is the only release of Mickey's Christmas Carol on DVD in the UK as far as I'm aware.

I definitely remember House of Mouse (or Mickey's House of Mouse, as I always called it). That was my shit when I was 11! 😀

I actually picked this movie up because I wanted to have a copy of Mickeys Christmas Carol about 6 years ago. I ended up getting it in a 3 pack with Mickeys once and twice upon a Christmas, ironically that was cheaper than Mickeys Christmas Carol or either of the 3 movies Individually so you can tell it was a no brainer for me.

Once Upon A Christmas is also a great movie so I say that worked out well for you. Plus if you're interested in checking out the ugly as hell Twice Upon A Christmas, you're good to go there too 🤣

@@Gondarth yeah I saw that one during lockdown Christmas. Don’t think I’ll be seeing that one again, the 3D animation for it lets it down.

What I find weird, is how this movie came out in the states in 2001, but didn't show up in the UK til 2003......................what took them so long to give it to the UK?

A million Christmas movies all lined up for 2001 and 2002? Wouldn't be surprised if The Santa Clause 2 was a big focus for Disney in 02...

Oh, my! I had no idea we had to wait two years! 😲 And it got a re-release, so then you can get it easier than Mickey's House of Villains nowadays.

@@Gondarth Sadly no. At least I don't think so. Magical Christmas got a reprint in 2009, but House of Villains has been out of print since like 2004.
