My theory why they didn’t include Luke is that Leia doesn’t have a designated ship of her own. Where as Luke has his Land Speeder, and we can get him in that pack if they make it.
Good Call!!! A Landspeeder would be awesome, especially if it has Tatooine Luke, R2D2 & C-3PO!!! If it also includes a Ben will be even more awesome, tho I wonder if they’ll avoid incl figures in multiple ships to make you buy once you might be on the fence about? I guess we’ll know if they announce a Speeder with only Luke and 3PO, then you have to buy the XWing to get R2! Heck, I’d love some mini-figure packs so I could have Sand People attack Luke, some Sandtroopers to stop the Speeder, unless they do Beasts like a Bantha w Sandpeople, Dewback with Sandtroopers…maybe a Sandcrawler with a few Jawas and MUST have several Droids!!! But if they offered mini figure packs that’d be great especially if they came on tiny little replica Kenner Cardbacks!!! So loving these, but gotta have that Falcon with a complete crew so I can recreate the Djarik Board Game, etc just like my action figures and ships as a kid! :-)
Once I do it I'll put it on the map of southern south of Mississippi but my future toy museum will have Random action figures & other cool toys for children & Adults to look at it & anybody can put it on there tick tock ,Instagram,Facebook,Twitter & RU-vid live stream videos of my wild awesome toy museum & vintage toys & samurai swords for STARWARS becawse each lightsabers Represents the way of the Samurai of the Force & JEDI & THE DARKSIDE LIGHTSABER JAPANESE KENDO STYLE IN IT ?
@@yazidgilman they’re pretty much the same scale figure-wise. The ships can vary though, for example the action fleet tie-fighter and x-wing are slightly bigger, but the micro squadron Slave 1, Republic Gunship and Millennium Flacon are significantly larger as they’re more proportionally accurate to the figures.
For those wondering, the scale of the falcon is closer than the original action fleet line from the 90s but this model series x wings and tie fighters are substantially smaller than their action fleet counter parts. Figures are the same size but more detailed
So so so so so so happy I pre-ordered this!!! And during Target's sale! Lucky me! Thank you for the great review! All those details have me super excited, and are alleviating my sense of loss from selling off my TVC BMF. This will scratch the itch and then some, while saving so much saved space.
I had alot of these kinds of Star Wars toys as a kid and the yavin, hoth and Death Star bases for the micro figures. Hours of play. It was epic. I miss those days.
I recently decided to revisit an old hobby and spent a BUNCH of money on modeling gear, air brushes, and tracking down all the 144 scale Bandai Star Wars modeling kits. I was estimating the Falcon kit was gonna be an 80-100 hour plus paint job. Saw this $37 dollar toy on the shelf at Target yesterday. Honestly it looks good enough on the shelf that I'm perfectly content to save all that time and let all that stuff I bought collect dust in the closet While I decide who to leave them to in my will. It's 5:52 AM right now and I'm hitting the local Walmart for the Boba Fett Firespray when they open in eight minutes. This line is outstanding at the the price point.
Didn't even know this was a thing until I found it at my local Target , very happy with my purchase, thanks for the heads up on the Razor crest, ordered it from Amazon. Best part about these is the attention to detail and easy on the shelf space.
Love the detail on this Millennium Falcon. Saw this at Target today for $45, but will try to find it cheaper elsewhere. I did pick up a mystery vehicle & figure and will unbox it soon. Great channel Adam!
Since I first saw this line on the selves I’ve been telling my self “you don’t need to start collecting these too…” I found the millennium falcon on the shelf at target earlier today and I couldn’t resist.
Love your videos - thank you and keep it goin! I just found a load of SW:Squadron models at stupid prices in my local supermarket. The Millenium Falcon was £20 ($24) and then realised all of the smaller vessels were only (£11 $13) ...so naturally I bought everything they had, including the Millenim Falcon! (which I'm not going to keep in the short run as I will probably put it on eBay nearer Christmas. Now I have Luke's Skywalker's X-Wing, Obi Wan's Jedi Starfighter, Darth Vader's Tie Advanced and Moff Gideon's Outland Tie-Fighter. Unboxing videos are awesome to learn from - especially from a pro like you. I'll usually never open my collectables from Star Wars or my favourite video games because there's something special about having them in pristine mint condition. Love your videos, well made, descriptive and humourous content, thanks for the entertainment! PEACE!
Stop doing satan's horns. If you keep doing satan's horns you will end up in hell with the deciever satan after passing away for representing him. Denounce satan and willingly accept God=Lord Jesus Christ as your Savior while there is still.time.
Ummmmm I had absolutely NO idea this was coming out and I have to say, after seeing this video, I need to hunt one down ASAP! That's really good quality especially for the price! Well done, I'm completely sold :D
I like the landing gear rolls out so you can press the buttons without the ship pushing down, smart. Damn you and your great review… just bought it at Amazon :-)
Got mine at Walmart for $18! I never had the Kenner one as a kid (that was a rich kid's toy, way out of my folk's league) Thanks for the video! Mine didn't come with the little instruction manual so I've been trying to figure out where the batteries go for about 20 minutes until I found your video.
Great review compared to other utubers of this same item. You were very concise and to the point with everything which I appreciated. Thanks again, and I will definitely start following you.
The Falcon is all I want to get , lol I check out the review vids first to see if it worth the purchase and yes this one is , I look forward to getting one of these to add to my Falcon collection 😊🤘🏻
so damn detailed, im surprised it has landing gear and a drop down loading door, let alone lights and an interior at all at that low price! This would look good with my 2008 Hasbro 3ft Falcon
Looks like the smaller micro machines figures would scale better with this. There’s a seated Han with the C-3PO cantina set. Nien Numb is seated in his display head. The rest are standing but would look cool standing inside the Falcon.
This is a great piece! I was just playing with it! I hope they would have included Luke Skywalker! At least, have another small set with Luke in his Tatoonie outfit!
Definitely undersized. The whole Micro Galaxy Squadron line is supposed to be roughly 1:100 scale, which would mean that the Millennium Falcon should be 14" or 35cm long.
Very impressed by this. They packed a lot in - more than any other micro version. Not a fan of lights and sounds, but I think those things play well with kids, so they make sense. If I was being really picky I would say: landing gears should have been a little higher (figures would scale better then), and the corridor to the cockpit should have been accessible. Maybe the gun turret should have been two-ended so you could pull it out and put a figure facing down as well as up with guns on the bottom. That's asking for a lot though, and this has a lot already...
I have to agree- they left the walls roughed out- so an enthusiastic artist could go in there and add the authentic padded walls detail- and chess table- let me know if you attempt it
Wow! Very similar to the Action Fleet line except way better. I just picked one up for my son for Xmas. On sale at target for $31. Can’t wait for him to open it. Great review. It would be cool to see a comparison with the action fleet falcon
I bought an x wing and the wings one side don’t close all the way leaving a gap that kinda bothers me. Also seems like some of the paint just rubs off with the lightest touch.
Hello! Is the hot wheels x wing sold with stand which is 8 cm long , could be the right scale, for that Beautiful Falcon Millenium ? 2- or please what is the lenght of that falcon in cm? Thanks !
I like it but I wish the lights worked more like the Playmobil Ecto-1 where the lights shimmer softly instead of the rapid blink on and off approach that seems standard for decades.
I just looked through the whole line and C3PO is awkwardly absent. R2D2 comes with the X wing and a unrecognizable Luke. One of the main reasons why I stopped buying toys is because of these weird decisions that just forces you to buy a lot of stuff you don't want to get one little thing. I love this Millennium Falcon and honestly would have bought it had it included Luke and C3PO to recreate the iconic scenes of them traveling from tatooine to the death star. It's the only reason to include obiwan and Princess Leia with her buns because you can swap them out and recreate the trip from the death star to yavin 4. It's really the only vehicle that makes sense to include obiwan and this Leia... Of course there's others ideas like the escape pod with the droids and the speeder with Luke and obiwan and then maybe the Falcon with Han and chewy etc... Does anyone feel me here? Lol
I saw it today at walmart. It looks very real for a toy but, I needed some time to think if I should buy it or not for $45. Then I saw it was the only one and decided to buy it. Before opening I wanted to see if someone has a video about it. it was OK until I saw the size of the figure compared to the ship. Very good video, Thank You!
I got this on sale from Amazon for $25 and it's a nice piece for that price, but I gotta say yours looks a lot better than mine. My copy has a fraction of the weathering and wash of your copy. I don't know if it's an inconsistent issue copy to copy or if they decided to walk back the weathering budget after the launch shipment.
The scale of the figures is definitely too big. In the cockpit, notice that the seats are so close together that there's no room to go between then to leave via the non-existent door in the back wall. I also noticed that they didn't bother to include an actual clear part in the lower turret, nor did they leave an opening on the inside for the walkway that goes to the cockpit. It looks nice when you're not comparing it with the figures, but when you add them into the mix, it reminds me of 80s toys, where the ships were always undersized compared to the figures.
the finish is quite raw, we can see splashes and drops that tell us that, they didnt take the time and work needed for a good overall look. but i want one anyway... gonna redo that finish myself.
