You say yours doesn't have a locking differential. Are you talking about center diff or rear diff? I only ask as I know some models are full time 4x4 (AWD) and others have selectable 4x4

Rear differential. The truck has a selectable 4WD button on the dash that engages the front differential once activated, but does not come with a locking rear diff like in the newer versions of the Daihatsu Deck Van.
