In this series of videos I'll be building a 1:35th scale Narrow Gauge micro layout, which is a loop with an insane radius of 11cm or 4 1/4 inches for you guys across the pond! Thanks for watching.
A model of a back garden layout...I don't think I've seen that as a stand alone feature...brilliant! If they're going to lock you away for that idea, tap on wall - I'll be in the next room. I thought about replicating America's oldest continually operating line under independent ownership...been going since the 1800's. Their primary focus now is a tourist line but when the spring comes around they go out and pick up cars for the feed dealer and lumber yard...with a steam locomotive.
Aha, so you are keeping everything at 1:35 scale so your chap will have a full size narrow gauge loco in his garden. If you move the loco to your own garden you could have a 1:12 figure using it as a ride on 7.25" gauge miniature loco. 😃
Not directly related to this build, but thanks to all your micro layouts showing howm much can be done in a small space, I've taken the plunge and ordered a Hornby 0-4-0 to make up an Inglenook shelf layout with a sector plate. Thanks for the inspiration Jason.
