Microbial Pathogenicity and Virulence Factors  

Pathogenic bacteria often infect host and cause disease. Although, our body try to block them and if entered, try to clear them out or kill them. But, microbes are also changing themselves in such a way so that they can easily escape our attention and invade our body. Some pathogenic microbes cause mild infection whereas, some can able to kill the host. The degree of pathogenicity depends on the microbial structure or a microbial product, called virulence factor. Here, in this video, I have describe how microbes established infection and the virulence factors that are associated with it. The video is recorded according to university syllabus.
