They use March 2022 to April 2023 (14 of their calculations) to come up with 12 months or a year of rises. That is 14 months. The golden rule is in any one year there only ever 12 of your calculations what ever way you do it. To include 14 is false accounting at the minimum but if you knew you were doing it I would call it fraud.
