Microfabrication and Assembly of the Microfluidic Perfusion Device 

Microfabrication and assembly of the microfluidic perfusion device. The video demonstrates the various steps of the fabrication process of the perfusion-based microfluidic device from microfabrication to device assembly. Microfabrication steps include mask making, SU-8 structure generation on silicon wafers via photolithography, and PDMS replica fabrication. Steps to assemble the device include inlet/outlet punching, bonding of PDMS to glass substrates, and experimental setup of the device.
