Lately, the Microgo V2 Model of this Scooter makes some annoying Strange Noises, it is really annoying, I have the Noise Unbearable 😖😫🛴 I think that the Origin of the Noise comes from the Graduation of the Screws that join the Mast and Handlebar, lack of Suspension on the Solid Wheels of that specific Scooter Model, since the front Damping that is in the lower part of the Mast and the one that goes below the Platform does not minimize the Noise of Jumping in Badenes either. I would like to know advisable ways or methods to minimize that Noise in the Neck and Wheels. I would also like to know if there is the possibility of changing Parts on this Electric Scooter and if someone with this Electric Scooter Model has made any complex Modification such as changing the Damping for another type of better Damping, or placing Front Suspension carved in the lower part of the Mast and in the back it has through some integrable piece. Hello My M5 scooter just broke down… it will be on but when you accelerate, is not moving…please what might be the problem and how I can I fix it.. thank you
I did the equation " V x A = W " this scooter is a 36V and 7.5 Ah, and it equals to 270W not 350W this is a 80W difference and that matters alot. This scooter should be able to go faster, but I think it'll drain the battery more.
Hi My M5 is turning off while im driving uphill, but my Battery is still fully charged. If you let the scooter rest for 30 minutes, it turns on again. what is the problem and how can iI fix it, have you any instruction? Best regards Michele
I have a KugooKirin scooter, which is the exact same scooter as this one, the screen won’t work and it won’t turn off, any idea of how to turn it off? It’s worked perfectly apart from this
There are to different models of the m5!!! The ver. 1 is much better then ver. 2! i have e'm both. Microgo should be ashamed by their ver. 2 products. The one in the video is ver. 2. The speeder and brakes are so fragile on ver. 2 if it falls to the ground they will brake inside. The tires are much worse on ver.2 and will give you a very rough ride expirience and they changed the motor hub to which makes more noise. Looks the same! It's not! Even the battery pack in Ver. 2 is worse! They are now using much cheaper battery's from china compared to ver. 1 Korea/japan batterys. The only good thing about ver. 2 is the folding system which is improved. You can teel the difference on the folding lever! Ver. 1 has a little black metal tap on the folding mecanism. Ver. 2 has long lever handle with a red button on the folding thing. m5 Ver. 1 is one of the best e-scooters in my opinion. I put a handlebag with a extra battery in it! I can go around 30 miles on one charge.

It's one of the worse scooters I have encountered. The two main reasons are, the back break lever is on the same side as the accelerator which is just so uncomfortable and badly designed. It doesn't need a front break switch to be honest. And not forgetting it's such a painful ride because it doesn't have any shock absorbers so you feel every last inch of the road you travel on. Avoid this scooter at all costs....
