I have the old Kugoo Kirin SE1 which is the same scooter. Its ancient, has no plastic bits round the forks anymore and its got a xiaomi 365 fender, and the 'suspension spring just clunks and bangs. Its basically an old wreck. But it keeps on going and going and going even with worn tyres and a fat bloke it still does 18.5 measured on a gps Ap. Great budget scooter.
Got one for 30 bucks because rear fender was broken and the break light was shorting out on the frame..... Have gone 6.5 miles uphill and only used half the battery, about to make a y cable to add another battery. The front shocks make a crazy loud clank every bump and the damn buzzer beeps constantly otherwise awesome scooter. Sold my m365 one week after getting it.

Hi My M5 is turning off while im driving uphill, but my Battery is still fully charged. If you let the scooter rest for 30 minutes, it turns on again. what is the problem and how can iI fix it, have you any instruction? Best regards Michele

I believe the user manual had a QR code which led me to download the app from a website . I would Google the scooter and look for the link to download to your phone
Just got one and it's great but for some reason the first day I got it, it was going it's top speed around 19 to 20 mph but the second day its only going 15 mph on its turbo setting. Please someone help me if it's something I don't know about it or if it's broken?
