The roc has a some good ones too. Get 3 patches for depending on what store 17-23 dollars. But yes, I would use this for special occasions or a photoshoot, date night

Thanks for this review! I've gotten so many ads for these and I've been wondering if the darts/serum actually does anything or people are just getting the temporary plumping/brightening from a decrease in epidermal water loss from wearing a patch all night. I have all these molecules in my skincare already so 🤷🏼‍♀

Maybe a dumb question: do you feel the micro needles as you put these patches on your skin?

With some you can but I couldn't really feel them with these patches - there was certainly no discomfort.

Given they recommend wearing these overnight for a full benefit (and given the price, I would want that full benefit), how would you incorporate these into a routine where you are wearing Tretinoin each night? It would be a bit tricky to apply the cream around the patches. Has anyone tried this or is anyone taking two nights off from Tretinoin a week to wear these overnight?

I would apply the tretinoin first, let it dry on your skin and then apply the patches.

Hi Amanda. I don't still use them. I'd mentioned in the video the hassle and environmental factor would put me off using them nightly. I know some people swear by them though so it might be worth a try but the effects are temporary with potentially a longer-term preventative effect.

I did and I still wear the retainers at night but never got an improvement on the crooked bottom middle tooth. My view hasn’t shifted much. I think Smile Direct is okay for very straightforward cases but you’d be best seeing a dentist for crooked teeth.

At 36 I would focus on a good skincare routine, doesn’t have to be expensive, and sun protection. Patches are helpful for an on-the-day boost before an event or occasion.
