Yes, you can - although you would not be able to do topical numbing pre-treatment.

How deep do the needles have to go? Can it be done not as deep ?

We typically treat all patients at the depth you are seeing here. We would recommend talking to your local dermatologist for different options/treatment styles to see what works best for you!
