I don’t play much basketball but my experience in martial arts would be something similar in the sense that I’m stronger and more efficient with techniques on a certain side. Some guys are good at both sides but those are likely guys getting paid to do it.

They never had a dominant big man in the Bulls in a big man dominant era. Jordan was literally the low post threat and became one of the most lethal low post players as a shooting guard which is unheard of, especially with handchecking and no defensive 3 second. Dean Smith actually said Jordan’s best position was point guard. Jordan did fill that role once for an injured Paxson and had 10 triple doubles in 11 games. His stats during that stint were ridiculous. Jordan however just adapted his game to suit whatever the team needed. In his case, efficient scoring option who will take over when needed especially in the 4th, low post threat, lock down defender. This allowed the triangle offence to flow and Scottie to run the point which was his most useful role.

@James Robert it doesn't matter where AI got all of his moves, he's one of the greatest pound for pound players to ever play in any sport. He used his quickness and athletic abilities to make up for his size. If Iverson with his same game was 6' 4"-6' 5"...then he's easily top 5 in history. Now the way that he imulated Jordan is the way he moved around the court and the spots that he used as a 5'10", 165 lbs point guard to attack the defense.

Kobe yeah is close and identical to Jordan’s moves but the difference is pretty obvious, Jordan make it all seemed so easy but fundamentally sound, no wasted dribbles, while Kobe’s moves especially his fadeaway were sometimes “forced”... Jordan didnt looked like he forced those jumpers neither any of his moves... he did look like hes doing it effortlessly, but if you dissect it youll see every move every footwork is more detailed than it meets the eye...

Kobe used more pump fakes & fakes in general, half spins, shot & took more tougher 3s that was hit or miss at times and tended to hold the ball more using more jabsteps to size up his defender. A lot of Kobe moves were slower & predetermined like he practiced every arsenal he can to use against his opponent. Jordan moves were more calculated & did every move in a quicker & more decisive way. It’s all subjective, can’t say what Kobe did was worse or wrong to do cause MJ used similar ISO moves but MJ was more effective with his moves. But what really made MJ more effective at times than Kobe was his offball game. MJ was more active off the ball than Kobe by cutting to the rim more often, shooting those C&S midrange shots like Rip Hamilton and setting screens like a big to get himself & his teammates open shots. Kobe sometimes would move without the ball like MJ but their were many times Kobe would stand idly at the top of the 3 or corner with his hand on his knees, MJ was like Curry & Klay constantly being active off the ball never just standing around in the offense

I did alot of workout for core. But the best by far for me. Dribble basketball at a low pose. Your upper abs will get really strong and hand grip plus arm strength. Do it for 30 minutes. Just dribble. Tell me how you like it.
