It’s shared between users that you setup. Yea you can delete the original user, licence is removed when you delete user. No you cannot move the mailbox as it’s in use. docs.microsoft.com/en-us/exchange/collaboration-exo/shared-mailboxes

Ok so Exchange Online not office 365 or ms 375 right ,sorry sir but I am not a pro like you ,pls confirm .

So Exchange Online,maybe I can find in your vedios the interface of ms 365 or office 365 or let's say the same ,I am sorry ,yes it is .However one question sir will the office 365 or ms 365 interface would different as they are both Exchange Online. Thanks for your reply,I don't want noise can you share screenshot of interface which is older - where they have a recipient tab on the side & then mailbox then you click on Mailbox - select one mailbox and then mail flow - click on View details. Sorry I would one thing I'll see if I can& maybe .& then confirm

You are quite right shared mailboxes have many benefits as well as a few drawbacks.

There’s always a workaround 😊
