Thank you Gripper Sim, this is a fantastic breakdown, and the sounds while subtle in places are numerous and a really great improvement - how satisfying are the landing sounds! I feel the product needs the headshake as well so I'll look out for that when it's included. Great video!!! 👏

Hi David, I think when the SDK from MS allows, we will most certainly get headskake just like in X-Plane! I'm looking forward to it! It was my best add-on in X-Plane!

some of the sound isnt what I'd personally pay for, i love that brake disc sound though and i absolutely love the camera shudder on touchdown... that might be the sell for me

Question sir, I use the product in XP, and one of the impressions I get is when it comes to sounds in FS realistic they do not sound like GA aircraft; to my ear things seem a little to hollow in the airframe. Most noticeable to me is the brake whine and landing thud that seems more heavy than light aircraft and some settings sound way to rattling. Do you think the sounds are reasonably matched for GA aircraft ? Again, thanks for the great vid!

I have the XPforce addon for my ancient Microsoft Sidewinder force feedback 2 joystick which can give me many different types of feedback through the stick including gear drag and also includes a stick shaker.All of these effects can be quite disconcerting during the approach/landing phase.I generally keep them to a minimum.I'm not sure I need this new addon as along with the aforementioned effects I also get the sounds that you'd expect to hear.Microsoft are currently looking into force feedback in the sim and I'm hoping they'll go the extra mile and produce a new battery powered version of the sidewinder (rechargeable of course)............................

Looks like it might be a good product. Used it in XPlane, however, not too thrilled I would be paying again when they update to the Pro version.

You can switch off the screening as you can customise any sound effect with FSRelistic. I just thought it would be a bit of fun! : )

@@GripperSim Oh for sure Gripper . I'll be getting this - I just have one 55" problem. My 4K TV just blew a very small part (very loudly) and I'm sans a decent screen until at least Black Friday. This on the day that I finished that prop I've been helping to code and I was really looking forward to joining you all Sunday for the usual antics. Thanks for the add on MSFS - I'm Dragon Willy for no good reason whatsoever. ;) Stay safe mate.

I've been using OpusFSI in P3D and EZCA in FSX. SDK is still a work in progress and so is this product. This video needs editing to shorten scenes and spell check. Grear? Relistic?

This is amazing app! Hope they integrate it in the ingame marketplace! Because the only way i can buy it is tru STEAM itself and ingame marketplace! Can recharge my steam wallet with codes who i purchise in the store next to me , paying in cash. Without a option to pay with card or bank... i cant purchise the FS Realistic right now at all! And its what i miss in MFS2020 most! This adds so much immersion to the game! Fingers crossed to see it in MFS2020 marketplace one day!

I really thought for a moment that was a 'Gripper scream', I was surprised at that being included along with the sneezing and clapping! Curious if the new sounds had any effect on performance at all, i'd imagine minimal if any. Another thought is how they implement plane specific sounds, and if all 3rd party content needs specific support (in terms of regular updates being needed), or if the application is smart enough to know what sort of aircraft you're flying without the needing constant updates as new planes are released / updated (perhaps like the PC-6 having a floats update upcoming) I've a lot of 3rd party planes, so this would be a bit of a game changer I think.

Hi Captain, to answer few of your questions… no performance impact at all as far as we tested. FSRealistic comes with more than 100 different sounds which you can choose from for a specific aircraft. FSRealistic detects what type of plane you fly and loads up initially a proper default profile accordingly. It works with all 3rd parties as far as we tested. Cheers!

Some of the sounds seem to sound off and like if its always the same no matter how the magnitude it should have. The vibrations look more like fps-drops then actual vibratons to me and that really lowers immersion for me. But I hope they will improve in the future. Would love a mode that adds realism

Ye Cyril, It's to do with the SDK that developers are allowed to access, there will be more effects coming, like head shake etc with FSRelistic when Asobo allows. : )

*I have been using XP Realistic in XP11 the aircracft vibrations in x11 are so nice aircraft shaking its beautyfull, can you make the same in mfs20 i think in mfs the vibrations are weird, the external world its shaking and into the airplane no vibrations feeling, **9:17** thats weird* BTW NICE WORK

Without all the other feature presents in FS Realistic for XP11 don't seems me that special. If one day they will have the same as in XP++, weel, that's another story. I miss the headshake.

It's about 20% as good as the same product for XP11, and when it reaches that level (if ever) he expects you to pay more to get the expected features. This should be much cheaper.

No. It simply moves the external view. If you look carefully, the cockpit does not move. Pretty poor effect.

Sorry, Gripper Sim, but it doesn't do much for me. If it were a freebie, I might download it, but I very much doubt that I'd keep it. The video was nice, but sorry, the effects were shite. Just my opinion.
