But then the chances of doing RL flights would be very low chances which could make everyone use the same calling for vatsim which could make a mess. I wish PMDG could make a A333-200
Do 3rd party devs have access to the changes that are being made to MSFS2024? I know that mods will be backwards compatible, but if the flight model changes, they'll be functional but still obsolete.
Reality doesn't equate to good gameplay. I've used MSFS since 98 I also have fixed wing PPL and CPL Helicopters. Sims are good for practicing ops and procedures but at the end of the day even at Level D level let alone some home PC setup they're just boring.
You’re spoiled. Sims can never and will never live up to the real thing. For the rest of us, who have never flown, it’s a a fantastic glimpse into the world of aviation, and a welcome escape from our jobs that don’t involve flying.
@@BPond7 Spoilt? This was the 90s - I had to work my ass off for six years before I finally had a paying job that paid above minimum wage. And I only got that job because by then I was also certified AME. Worked 3 jobs for 3 years to pay for CPL - C-CAT for two years I still had to work evenings to pay the bills.
@@Kiwi_Dave I’ll reword it. I wasn’t trying to impugn your character. What I meant was, RL piloting has spoiled the joy that you would otherwise find in a simulator, in my humble opinion. Like I said earlier, for those of us that don’t pilot aircraft on a regular basis, we don’t find the sim to be boring. My apologies for my clumsy wording.
They seem to have lost the plot, there are a lot of aircraft and helicopters, default and payware that really should be only alpha or beta at best. Default ATC is a joke, the stuttering, but lets concentrate on things like dinosaur's, just dumb. 2020 was a great undertaking when it first came out, but development stalled.
Well, if it's development you want, bugger off back to P3D or FSX. They're well developed by now. TBH, I use FSX a lot, just so I can fly the aircraft I really want to.👍🏼😁
