is it possible to have an admin side like for example excel sheet is admin side and app is client side i want to use it to track my daily sales in my shop if i sell anything it automatically shows the sale like e.g one item sold three remaining

It’s possible, but I would use a SharePoint list or sql server as your database. Excel as a datasource isn’t very stable in my experience. It will break continuously.
