I am looking for a way to create a tool which automatically takes employees' information from our company's intranet (which is SharePoint-based) and inserts the data into table cells in a Word template in order to build what we call a team sheet. Let's say that I want to create a team sheet listing two employees: Mary Jones and John Smith. Mary and John have their separate pages on our intranet which contain their photos, names, job titles, phone numbers and email addresses. Is there any way I can get the tool to locate Mary's page on the intranet, insert her photo into one table cell, insert Mary's name, job title, telephone number, cell phone number and email address into the next cell, then do the same for John?
