Had a laptop go 2 for some time. There were a few things i didnt liked about it. The fan was so loud even in idle mode for most of the time. And the missing keyboard backlight is sad... It could be the perfect laptop for my needs... But now i am waiting for the Laptop go 4 with (hopefully) the core ultra cpus in 2025.

No backlight means even the most tactile keyboard with the best feedback is useless in dim environments.

I have always wanted to like this laptop, but it misses on too many levels for me. The m1 MacBook Air is a better quality laptop for the same money or less.

Currently selling at $650…it’s not a bad deal. I’m a Mac guy but Windows is necessary for my amateur radio software.

a 13th gen Intel core i5 1345U would have been nice and they should have added an i7 model for a 16GB model. there might be a Surface Laptop Go 4 coming soon. like in the fall period but we don't anything about it
