Dang this video is 2 years old. I came across your video because crazy enough I just came across this exact same hellhound variant and I have not seen this specific variant EVER.! Wanted to see what it looked like so came you tube and your vid is the only one! I’m gonna buy it, think I just came across a hidden gem!
Grats. I see this is a year old, at this point, but I wanted to make a quick comment. I too had been looking for years for a hellhound. I finally found one and it should be here in a couple of days. I am very excited.
Ordered some quick release oil from a German knife store for €30 (not available in the uk), and received a warhound instead 😂. Definitely not complaining
That's a beautiful piece. This is months later but I think I've seen a few ultratech hellhounds for sale online. Not like this one though. I recently got super lucky to find a guy who has some access to microtech knives. I had been looking for CT hellhound forever and he found me one like your ultratech all dlc he said they were called murdered out it wasn't cheap though. I got super lucky so I snagged it.
Subbed . Thanks for sharing I like to support the smaller knife and gold and silver stacking channels . Been trying to find the ultra tech hell hound for a while now .
My only beef is they should at least show the blade steel listed on the box . I called to find out which one I had and they said the only way to know is to send it in for service so they can take it apart.
currently theyre only using m390. typically you can see a trend on what they have in stock steel wise based on what all the dealer listings say at that time.
@@FOI2EST I just bought a sith lord ultratech from Southern Tactical Blades and it says it could be either elmax, 204p, or m390... im not sure though. seems like alot of the mid to late 2021 ones were using elmax from what ive seen
@@operatorspectre7428 I also just received a Sith Lord Ultratech . Mine was stamped on the clip with 1/2022 birthdate but still have no idea what blade steel. All there blade steel is pretty good but still would like know .
@@thefactor6909 Yeah, i also would. Mine is stamped 12/21. I actually handled a couple stamped around the same time recently and they were using 204p. As an extra note, my ultratech from may of last year used elmax
I know how you feel I paid 400 for a Microtech Socom Elite lol those people that have him know you'll pay for it so hey but I have it and I'm glad to have it you know I had to pay 50 more than it cost brand new lol I sub to your channel too. I got a new channel it's hard getting started. Nice review...
Where did you buy microtech ultratech hellhound? I already have the combat troodan hellhound but it's too big for edc imo. I need the ultratech hellhound.
Very nice man !! I’ve got the Combat Troodon Hellhound Jade green scale with that Ghost black DLC on the blade . Its sweetness 👍🏻👊🏻 Manage to recently score it before they sold out about a month ago.
Incomparable honestly… USA made buy USA employees you are going to pay a premium. Fit and finish plus modern super steels. They are built to last a lifetime and have built a solid reputation in the military. Just my two cents. Thanks for watching and please subscribe! 👊
@@nomadicedge9788 Very nice, and good to hear they are made in the USA, as many things are only assembled here yet sport a 🇺🇸. Bohler M390 and Elmax are quality materials. Thank you for your two cents for I have never held a Microtech in my hands personally so I do not know... ✌️😎👍
