Hi I'm Pam Stephenson from Claremont, California.
It just needed kind of the last
final overhaul.
We had some columns that we wanted
to get rid of to give a more of an open look.
And we had a really atrocious
corner fireplace.
His guys were really,
really great to work with.
We were so impressed with how, number one,
how responsive he was.
I mean, most people never
call you back.
Joey always called us back.
Even more,
it was weird, he picked up the phone!
I think that really just
the initial impression of, wow, here's a contractor we can reach,
we can get in touch with, and that was always one of the biggest hurdles is just having
an open line of communication.
So that was impressive.
He delivered on what he said
he was going to do.
He didn't over promise.
He was very honest.
I just felt that what you saw
is what you get with him.
That was something
that was very important to us.
You want to trust your contractor.
I just got a really good feeling
about Joey.
We interviewed
probably two or three others and we kept going back to Joey and saying,
you know, he just stands out there,
these things that he does.
That's why
we ended up going with him.
We've done a lot of remodeling, again
for 17 years.
Something always goes wrong.
It's that's just part of a remodel, what are you going to come in to?
One thing with Joey
is that he was very calm.
He didn't point fingers.
There's a solution to every problem.
He was always right there.
And he never he never tried to talk me out
that there wasn't a problem, you know?
I mean, he embraced it.
He owned it, and and he fixed it.
He said there was a solution.
I think there was one thing that was very professional about
him that I think actually set him apart.
He delivered on every promise
that he said he was gonna make.
