Will I ever learn how to hook?! With the Haleraiser in my corner you would think so, but sometimes you can't fix stupid... It's slowly getting better, but it has definitely not been a natural movement for me. Watch how one of our typical mid-week training sessions goes. Enjoy and absorb the knowledge of the Haleraiser!

Only 10mins in, but this video is incredible. The camera angles are brilliant. Great to see such a practice in a relaxed setting. Thanks edit: watched whole thing, was brilliant. Feel like I learned some things too!

Geoff looks way different lol! Id not have realized that's him! Hes jacked as ever though, glad hes still in shape.. Edit: woooah! I've never seen hale so jacked, his arms are absolutely ripped and huge.

On the hook trainings, your bicep alone was competing against Geoff’s, shoulder, bicep, tricep, and lat. I would love to see you commit your shoulder a little more, use your height to get on top and finish with more tricep and lat dragging. Great job, keep grinding Farmwrestler.

He's mostly been competing at nationals and sitdown nationals. Been busy with work and family.

Always been armwrestling, just busy with life. Pulseo TV did an interview with him in Mexico City when we were there for the NAAF Championships
