I really liked All the Light.

Just downloaded the Bromance Book club to my Kindle and have read the first 3 chapters so far and looooveeee it, you didn't promise too much its brilliant and exactly what I need right now to unwind from my Masters thesis 😄😍👏

wow, you've read so much this year, I'm impressed! this was such a fun video, I added half your recs to my tbr aaaaah :D I really want to read XX now, what a cool concept! my two favs so far this year have been 'an emotion of great delight' by tahereh mafi and 'how to write an autobiographical novel' by alexander chee. I love tahereh mafi's writing, she expresses emotions in such a poetic way. and alexander chee's book is a collection of essays about his life and his writing, I was surprised by how much I connected with it since I can't relate to a lot of his life, but he had an interesting way of framing his experiences and his journey as a writer, I'd love to reread it soon :)

I loved this video! I've not heard anyone talk about Cloud Cuckoo Land but I loved All The Light We Cannot See (despite not generally liking books set during WWII), so hearing how much you loved it is definitely pushing me to preorder it!!

I'm also biased because I love Christine and I loved Again but Better! But I only gave BT a 2/5--I was just kind of disappointed by it. I'm really interested in seeing what your thoughts are! And those writing craft books look great! I'm always looking for new craft books so I may have to check those out. My favorite book so far this year is It Goes Like This by Miel Moreland! It's a YA contemporary about a queer pop group reuniting after their breakup for a benefit concert in their hometown and I love it so much and highly recommend 😂

I gave Better Together a 3/5, if you can try it on audio!
