In this video I spend time reflecting on the last 6 months, set new goals, I clean & organise my space, and prepare for a fresh new start into the second half of the year.
I realised that I haven't reached many of my new years resolutions. These last six months turned out to be very different from what I thought at the beginning of this year. And honestly, I can't remember once when my yearly goals have actually helped me. So from now on I'm focusing on one month at a time, and taking things step by step. This way, I feel less overwhelmed and more focused on my daily and weekly tasks.
