It's true! Let me rephrase it based on my experience: "Standards are useless if the rater doesn't know how to use the standards." I hate to say this, but this is evident to us. We can actually get a perfect score but it has no sense as these standards and tools are not efficiently used in our school. It's sad but, it's true.

Sir, thank you so much for us clear understanding on Mid- year review and RPMS in general. My only comment is that some SH use the their power to stress their teachers. Like entering the classroom to observe. A stressful situation when we all have our hang- over from christmas celebration, with the brown- out in jan. 2, 2024.Suddenly In the morning of january 3, 2024 unexpected visitor back there observing. Thanks for emphasizing to us deped memo #008, s. 2024. Now l can defend myself.

Thanks for this sir. This video confirms my understanding/interpretation of the cycle of RPMS, especially in the preparation of Development Plan and MRF. Because ever since, in our school, Phase 1 and 2 are not usually being given emphasis. I really agree when u say that Phase 2 is the heart of the RPMS cycle, this is the most important part bec this is where coaching/mentoring takes place and this is where teachers could still improve their performance. Formative assessment as what u have said. I just wish that DepEd central office would release another memo clarifying & stating the step by step procedures in every cycle of the RPMS so that there would be a unified understanding among teachers, school heads, supervisors, etc. But for now, my appreciation to you for doing all of these videos about school management, DepEd orders, memos, etc. This is really a big help. Looking forward to more of your videos and to attend to your lectures. 👍

hello sir,, just want to clarify po , ilang classroom observation ang ginawa nyo po ? kasi kami Q3 and Q4 lang po ang CO namin. diba ang mid yr review is for the first half and hindi naman kami ng CO for Q1 and Q2 so ano pong ilalagay sa mga objectives na COT ang mov po .. sana po masagot. Thanks

No CO for Q1 and Q2, the mid year review has no bearing in the final grade. The purpose is only to apprise you of your current standing. a conversation starter between you and your rater.

Doc...ask lang ko about sa deped order 19 s.2022 For example,na promote ko to TEACHER III in the year 2011 for the reason of RECLASSIFICATION meaning na promote ko because of my educational qualification only and not because of my meritorious achievements,....ang akong pangutana is that,Ngano man nga karon nag apply ko for MT1 kay nagkaroon ug bakante using my MERITORIOUS ACHIEVEMENTS before the year 2011....wala nila dawat tungkd daw ana nga DEPED order,...sa akong pag sabot ..unfair kaau na,and i dont think so nga tama ug maka tarungan na nga DEPED ORDER kung in ana
