Richard used to come into my store and buy supplements,he's a very quiet guy very good manners, the first time he walked through the door I thought dear god what a size his arms and forearms are massive.i wanted to see how strong he was gave him an arm wrestle I couldn't budge his arm it's very rare to see someone that genictically gifted for strength it was mind blowing
@Paddy Mcdoogle well duh. But you need certain genetics in order for the hormones to work this way. 95% of people just get fat and oily on steroids and look like they dont lift
John 3.16 I meant it literally. Not moving anymore is when your body CAN not “Will” reduce functioning and thereby CAN increase premature death by simply failing to use the damn thing. We are NOT BUILT to sit behind desks “both figuratively and literally” and when humans stop using their physical might the cellular regeneration declines prematurely imo...
hes a great guy but i laughed when he said that because he has clearly been on steroids for years and a high dosage looking at how big he is, clearly not gonna make him live longer.
The body of a true lion and the biggest heart of a kind man. This grandfather Is Reinhardt, the north American version. This is a role model of a champion, humble man, farmer and exceptional father. The true heart of a tiger.
Much respect man! I’am pushing the big 6-0 and i’am a natural competitive bodybuilder and planning on competing this year.(2019) You have to have short and long term goals and never die attitude! Good luck brother!!
some good ole’ timer inspiration/motivation for the next generations to come.. if you put a thumbs down- probably got beat by him in the tournament or can’t harness the motivation or honesty to agree with the examples being set because you’ve never had a role model before.. Thanks for the video 👍🏻
This man in my opinion is amazing and very special not only for all that he has done and is still doing but for who he is a kind gentle amazing sweet guy who is a person that everyone wants to meet and know maybe if the world had the kind of heart that richard Lukas has then we can all live in piece and feel stress free and not have to worry that much God bless you richard and I to want to meet you one day live long and prosper
I've watched this several times .... ALWAYS inspiring. Both of these gentlemen are true gifts to planet earth. Stay cool 😎 Direct me to some update videos please.
Another American hero. 6'3", 314 pounds, 23+ arms, 20+ forearms and downright intimidating in size and strength. Wonder how it is to shake this guy's hand? Wrist curling the weight of 3 men at 56 years is just earthshaking. If he leaves armwrestling, he would really make a good bodybuilder or powerlifter.
Goddamn, what a freak of genetics. Obviously as fuck, there is not only genetics at play, but he was huge his whole life and a strength athlete at that. Being his age, holding that much muscle is freaky.
@@derekkeiser2372 Nope, your tone is too smug and annoying -- you don't understand armwrestling then, if you don't think it requires power. Torque power is still power, just not in a straight line like "bench press."
Around 1991 there was a Yukon Jack tourny in Chicago. I had a buddy around 140 #s or so that could beat anyone in our small town so we took a trip to try his luck... We walk in and the first guy I saw was Rich, he stuck out not only because of his size but also because he was the only contestant not wearing the yellow and black shirt. They didn't have one that would fit him. He also had on black and white body building sweats. His first match almost got me beat up. At the start of the match he just stared at the other guy, a huge foreign guy I think it was, than proceded to slam him in about a tenth of a second, never taking his eyes off of him. As the guy walked dejectedly back to his table I was almost laying on the floor laughing. That's my memory of Richard Lupkes. Webster's dictionary should have a picture of him under the word Beast. Oh yeah, my buddy got slammed twice in a row and left very humbled.
That small guy is about 6'2 and built like a tank XD I live in the same town as these guys and have gone hunting with the other guy. That's how big Rich is, he makes everyone look small
@@christianrobinson4227 @Christian Robinson tell them if you can. Hello from me, that we saw their video and it was very funny, with respect Greetings from Mexico
hello very nice video. I want to create armwrestling video about RICHARD LUPKES would it be ok if I used little pieces from this video? thanks in advance
Yes indeed, this man is the exception when it comes to not just genetics but also in his undying passion and dedication for lifting really really really heavy weights..... I do not know to what extent one could attribute the way he is to the steroid extras he may or may not be on..... If he is using steroids than he is in remarkably good condition for his age so i personnally attribute his strengh and build to exceptional genetics , a lifetime of passion and dedication for lifting and eating smart....
I like lupkins. He is an American who is more russian than russians.(his mentality and personality) He also shows u that 60+ is not the end pf of the world. U can still compete good. He is what u call a sigma male....alpha males who are also somewhat of a loners
Thumbs 👍 up to you pal, thumbs 👍 up.. I'm 55, and 250 bdywgt and still hit the iron 4 days a week.. started when i was 12.. dont look as good as you nor as strong but thanks for the inspiring video..
