Thanks for sharing your video Mr.Dan it was amazing to see you protect your self from the 🦈. Job well done!I like the way you handle it. Very Professional.
Always great videos Dan. Sharks I don't like them when they show up. They swim faster than me🤣🤣🤣. Keep the videos coming brother. Many thanks from Broward County
You are awesome thanks for not hurting that shark who just was in his element, minding his own thing. You were patient enough if you had started spearing while he was around I am sure it would for sure attack your speared fishes. Again thanks for your videos,
@@manmarvel he absolutely wasn’t. He stayed far enough when he shot that the power head wouldn’t go off. I’m sure that with his 20+ years experience he knows the exact distance at which a shot with a power head is deadly or just a blunt poke
@@wasup1234567891 powerhead+speargun+aim at sharks face+shoot= dead shark. idk what else to tell ya, at the very least, he knew that sharkmight die. arguably illegal, mind you.
@@manmarvel you know that if I throw a bullet at you with my hand it won’t go off and posses no threat right ? Same principle here, the bullet did not fire meaning it just tapped the shark with the casing
Hi Dan not sure if your ph went off….or he got scared ….and that metal to metal sound when you are about to hook your fishes used to be one of my worst sound to bring barracudas and shark-s curiosity around me…not sure if that happens to you….stay safe, great video
Great to see how you handle shark presence. It’s always a tough call for me, and I really hate it during low vis. This video made me realize that I have probably waited too long to get more aggressive which lead to the shark escalating the situation and being on the offensive. Only had to deploy my PH once and it was after several direct passes by a bull. Fortunately for everyone it was the same result in your video here. I nudged her multiple times with my gun and felt like I had no other choice. This particular bull followed us up from the bottom and continued to swim at us on the surface. Out of curiosity, would you have taken a shot before leaving the bottom?
Eons ago Dad was freediving when saw movement by the bottom in murky water, dove to check it out and found himself nose to nose with a prety big one, almost hand a heart atack and the shark spooked so fast it left the remoras behing, they tried klinging to him till he swam to shore
Dios que huevos tienes, mantener esa templanza con el tiburón casi hacechandote y dispararle y depues ponerte a pescar como si nada, mis respetos, me flipan tus videos
His Commercial Supplier is not interested in Tuna or Marlin , and the choices he has is Gags 1st and then others if he has any time left . He is required to sell EVERYTHING he takes to his Supplier .
Four gags in twelve minutes is pretty decent they hit multiple multiple spots a day and you cant dive consistently you need time up top for your body to recover so now they go to the next spot guy who was up top drops down and they jus rotate the dive cycle so someone is always good to be on bottom killing fish
Most of his Fishing trips are for 3-5 days to keep the gas expenses down for the trip . They take turns diving , and he has said before that each diver gets in 3 or more dives a day with rest time in between while other divers are doing their time below . Under their Commercial License most fish species have total weight limits for the trip or season and are not limited to number taken per day .
