Thank you for pointing out that teens don't need to be totally independent at a young age. This is one of the things that I hear that I really fight within myself. This video is amazing. Thank you for sharing.

Its a culture of a lot of negativity from both parents and also teens bonding over hating their parents. We need to be intentional about being positive and having a loving and close relationship with our kids. I like that you gave a reminder to give ourselves some grace❤ May God help us.You've shared so many grms and I feel like I could keep listening to you for hours. I learned a lot as usual. Much love.

Absolutely love the part where you say about tailoring the lessons for what is that the children actually want to do when they get older! Not only if this far more useful of time but also everyone will be much more keen to listen and learn ❤ God Bless 😎😍✝️🙌

I love this. I am a momma that never wants to rush my kids out of the house. I always want an open relationship even the stuff that I have zero interest in 😂

So very true! So thankful for grace. Perception is key. Making the most of little moments is so important. Seizing those opportunities is paramount. I have participated in endless discussions about Pokemon all in the name of nurturing my relationship with my son. Great video!

This is so encouraging & great to hear CJ! I am at the beginning stages now of teenagers - as my oldest will be 13 next month! There is fear within me about these days approaching (because before I know it I will have 4 teenagers at once!) and know that it will be stressful. But I really like hearing you approach to dealing with it. 💜

These tops are great! Thanks for sharing. Such great reminders. I love how you got in there and had fun playing video games with your boy. And definitely document those years. Parenting has definitely upped its game since I was a child. I feel like we raised ourselves while parents worked long hours. Our kids better appreciate. Lol
