Did your mig181 come with the 13A plug connected? I’ve just received mine and selected the 13A plug but it never came in the box or pre wired? Just wondering what you had?
I had to fit it myself. It depends how you want to use the machine, I use this one as a mobile machine hence the 13amp plug, but it could do with a 16amp for its full potential.
Good video mr king, ive been using the mig180 for some time and just about to plunge for an upgrade to this 181 what wire speed and volts would you rec for 6mm plate to 3mm box? Cheers
I shall have to have a play to give you a good answer, honestly a lot of it is done by feel and sound, if it sounds right it will be. A nice crisp sounding weld. Great machine
