It makes sense that cities should concentrate people with skill in the setting, but it is a bit odd that they'll teach you. The cities are filled with tutors.
Hey man, thanks for making this. I've been wanting to get into some M+M games for a while and this is exactly what I needed, a good beginning setup. One question, how can I get the game to stay in a 4:3 mode while in fullscreen instead of stretching to widescreen?
FASTEST RESPONSE EVER PT. 2: To my knowledge, you can adjust your monitor settings directly, or force a desktop resolution. Personally I have had mixed results - on some computers, the game automatically forces 16:9, and on others, it forces 4:3. So far, I haven't found a working solution, but I'm not the most computer-savvy person out there. :)
