I’m just glad the comics gave Austin Saint Johns jason the story he deserved and didn’t make everything about Tommy and gave every Character better development.
He'll be back before that in the comics, it's almost certain with this next arc. That he will pop up just in time. Maybe with the Gold Omega powers somehow?
The way this story was wrote will be one for the ages. Not only did Parrot give us the Mega TigerDragon Zord combo during the necessary evil event, but a new combiner zord between the Dragon Zord and the Thunder megazord into the Mega Thunder Dragonzord. Again I like how they did the moment between Jason and Tommy where the latter reminded him of who he was and how it was Andros, who brought him back into the light.
I LOVED how many of the old and new artists of power ranger comics they brought back for this issue. All the diffrent artstyles page for page was craaaazy good! Brilliant! And you know when they were fighting the complete Omega Ultra Zord (that looks fucking amazing btw), I was thinking: "Okay its Dragon Tiger Zord time...wait the Tiger Zord isnt here but the Thunder Mega Zord is. OH MY GOD YES!" The thing all Ranger fans have been waiting for FINALLY happened, fucking Dragon Thunder Mega Zord! Jasons rescue with the page were he is punching the shit out of the Death Ranger while transforming into all the red Ranger forms he had was EPIC! His farewell, atleast for now, also very well done. Trini becoming the new red Omega Ranger? Big win! Yourney passing away was alright. I didnt feel much for her charackter because we didnt get to know her that much but that was expected with her growth. Still not bad. Awesome issue and Im ready for whats coming next
I love how this ending leads to the send off of one of the longest characters in the series with a hint at the original TV timeline and a possible explanation of the restoration of powers later in the series with that detail not being touched upon the many times teams have "Lost Thier Powers" only to have them back at a later stage.
So they managed to restore the Omega Red Ranger Powers but instead of calling Jason to give him back his Powers instead they chose to give them to someone else 😡 that seriously pissed me off on the other hand I knew that this was going to happen eventually since Jason well be returning as the Zeo Gold Ranger and just like in Mighty Morphine #22 where Kimberly knew that that she was going to give up being a Power Ranger to move on to something better in her life which of course where Katherine took Kimberly's please as the New Pink Ranger.
With the comics going further and further up the ranger timeline theres something thats made me think. Will Matt the Green Ranger get Ninja/Ninjetti Powers when we eventually assuming we don't skip it get to season 3.
So we finally get all Seven Mighty Morphine Power Rangers Morphing together and we get 2 New Megazords the Omega Ultra Megazord and The Thunder Dragon Zord Amazing.
I liked it up until the end. Mainly as Jason is my favorite character. I don't like that he has no conection to the grid. I get it could be a lead up to zeo gold. But this is a different universe and who says that zeo will happen. Now I would be ok if he ends up become the Gold Omega Ranger.
I hope Zeo Gold or some similar twist happens. Jason is my favorite too, so while I liked the way the wrote his exit I still hate that he is no longer a ranger.
@@Deoxy360 why is it risky now. Spa'ark is not teatheted of the morpher now, why he went to the zords. Maybe when he defeated him jadon was infused with the gold omega power. What is why he couldn't hold zeo gold in the series. Why he can't morph now. Though it could be just my hope.
Highlights for me; The art was done well. Seeing Andros with the MMPR team, the dialogue was on point, the Dragon Thunderzord, the Death ranger is a great & interesting villain I expect a return. Journey’s words of wisdom regarding the true value of life. And Jason’s mom’s voice message was super touching. Perhaps I’m reading too much into it but it kinda sounded like she knew he was a Ranger. On the bad side I felt the Death Ranger was defeated too easily, especially compared to other “big bads” I think it’s odd that Trini became the Red Omega Ranger when I think Zach is more qualified to become leader. Wasn’t as impactful as past Land mark issues. Still a solid read, I look forward to the next issue and story arc, here’s expecting a time jump to MMPR season 3. Side note; I have a theory that all the original Omega Rangers will get replaced by a new cast, we alrighty lost half of them.
I like how they wrote Jason lost his Omega Red Powers since he returns in ZEO that's one thing I've been wondering about for a while cause we all know he will be a Ranger again plus be Red MMPR again as well. So if they get to the ZEO story arc we now know why Jason is back on earth helping the ZEO team until he loses his Powers again but hey we get to see Jason that's all that matters. But Trini taking over as Red Omega nice love that. Makes me wonder now about Dino Fury cause I heard Zack will be returning with Billy and we know Adam is MMPR Black again so will Zack have those Powers back to? Like how Rocky is MMPR Red and Jason is as well both came back with the same suit so just wondering will Zack be MMPR Black or Omega Black would be great to see an Omega Ranger Suit in live action.
While Adam actually used the MMPR Black powers, Rocky in Dimensions in Danger did not. When he morphs the stance he uses is his Ninja Ape stance indicating that he is using those powers.
@@matthewrosenthal753 I know Tommy's Falcon coin was brought back so he could use the Falcon Zord but Rocky actually has his Tyrannosaurs Coin back like Jason does his Ape Coin is still destroyed so guess Jason and Rocky share MMPR Red's Power even though in Dino Thunder the White Dino Gem couldn't stand being cloned but then again in power transfer EP of MMPR Jason still had his suit on when the three powers were switched over.

As either in episode one of Zeo or the finale of season 3 in Tommy’s narration he says the Ninja powers and zords are with Ninjor back in his Temple. As Ninjor created those coins he could create them again. Also the full morphed suits for both sets powers were the MMPR suits. In Dimensions in Danger the returning Rangers don’t use their specific morning calls. Also the end storyline in MMPR uses a full Time reversal. Which means the Rangers likely had the power coins not the ninja coins when Billy used his machine. Jason still has his Power Coin, while Rocky’s copy has been destroyed.
@@shadowspidey7327 Ninja powers or Dino powers use the same suit and are part of the same Mighty Morphin Power Rangers series. Wiki’s are literally put together by fans and are not always accurate. Also an actor confirming he is in something and which suit he will be wearing is not in story information.
Only thing I didn’t like was Trini becoming the Red Ranger. I mean, is Jason not able to connect with the morphing Grid at all? Or is the morpher damaged? Other than that I loved it
I love the ultra gold omegazord(it gives me Gundam wing zero vibes)I'm always a sucker for wings(especually when giant mechs r equipped with them).and I love the dragon thunderzord design awell especially with the dragonzord tail(I do understand some criticisms of it if it can actually combine or not if they were to release this).
I think I can explain how the Death Ranger got into the Omega Gold Ultrazord A Megazord is a machine connected to the Morphing Grid. The Gold Omega Ranger is practically with Jason fighting within the Morphing Grid and Jason got himself freed of him. The Gold Omega Ranger is evil and the Morphing grid is good. He is going to die in there since it is positive energy and he is negative energy. He cant get out of there and needs a Host. Who is a lifeless host connected to the Morphing Grid and powerful? The Omega Gold Ultrazord. Not to mention he is connected to the Gold Omega Ranger Powers allowing him easy access. Since he cant posses a living body he can transfer himself to the Omega Gold Ultrazord that way since it is connected to the Morphing Grid where he currently is. Not to mention he is the Good Omega Ranger so he has a connection to the Gold Omega Zord which can allow him to control it to some extent and he probably used it as some sort of anchor to get inside the Megazord as well
I would love to see a Re Imagined Forever red Graphic Novel . With Ricky as MMPR red and Jason as Omega Red. And if any of the machine empire Borges that haven't b en included in the show should be included in the book
@@Deoxy360 it looks like the zords involved are ripped apart, then Frankenstein’d together rather than looking like it could be made if the toys were remolded slightly. But that’s merely my opinion
