To your point about the art style, all the assets are brand new. This isn't just reusing the old SNES or Mega Drive games sprites, if you go and compare them side by side the difference is night and day. There is a lot going on here that just simply wasn't possible on the old 16-bit home consoles. So while I do agree the cutscenes should have been in the same art style, to be able to swap between them would need two teams or artists to essentially make copies of everything. TMNT had cartoon scenes as well but it's pixel art is a lot larger with a more "cutesy" vibe. Rita's Rewind is using a lot smaller sprites which means the details are harder to define and as a result can't match the animated scenes as well. All in all I think Shredders Revenge does have a better aesthetic but in motion when you're playing the game I don't think it will really be something you notice
A mega man game like capcom vs marvel but with only mega man bass and zero vs all the villians in all the games. Each game had at least 9 bosses. Total of over 100 evil robots. Once you beat them you steal moves from them an customize your combos or fighting style.
Yeah, the developers completely snapped with this one. I can't even figure out what I wanna say, there's so much going through my mind at the moment I write this. *_Wow._*
