Ravens are seen as an omen of ill fortune in many cultures, in addition to The Raven Queen being tied to death in CR/D&D, in addition to the specific -spoiler not included- stuff. Befitting. Happens again around 11:40 and 12:13 , and probably further in as well. Yep. Again near the 18 minute mark, probably on a 6 minute timer, then offset here and there.

Big, big thanks for the trip down memory lane as well as another beautiful study session. So many little Easter eggs, like the Exandria Online browser and the stack of Mighty Vibes cassettes... amazing. The attention to detail is really good and I love the fact that Vex is wearing stripy socks almost like she's just waiting for the moment to grab those boots! Seriously love all of these videos and cannot wait for the next one. While I have still have hopes that Percy and Taryon will feature in one I am happy and eager for any of them :)

Duh, the two people that Vax loved, other than Vex. Gilmore, the love of his past, and Keyleth, the love of his present and future. In my head canon, the Raven Queen allows Vax a day's reprieve (similar to Davy Johns from the Pirates of the Caribbean) every couple of years and Vax spends it with Kiki.

My favorite easter egg in this vibe is that on Vax's computer when Jester's vibe is on screen, there's an ad for the Slayer's Cake. An actual place in Whitestone run by Keyleth, Vex, Pike, and Taryon. Laura Bailey actually designed the logo for it which I think is really cool.

Mighty Vibes: Lofi Beats to Tinker to- late at night with Percy in his workshop (either canon timeline in Whitestone or a modernized version) building a clockwork creation. Animations of him using a small welding torch with occasional sparks flying up or working on writing a blueprint, occasionally taking sips of tea and adjusting his glasses, a toy he's made for the children walks across the desk once or twice. Background noises of a clock ticking, a fan whirring, etc. Audio clips of things like "I'll have to adjust that measurement" or "Yes, that looks perfect." It ends with Vex calling through the door to come to dinner.

I'm autistic and need my listening routines. Since this video came out, I use it for relaxation, stimming, calming down, sleeping. Not as the only thing, but I listened to it quite often and will go on to do so. It also make me wanting C1 go on with more episodes so that after Vex' and Percy's wedding they still search for ways to get Vax back, even if that means they have to fight the Matron of Ravens and break her porcelain mask forever.

1. I love this with all of my heart. All of it. 2. Not sure whether to snort or melt over the fact that Vax wants Vex to stay within earshot at the party even though he'll be there with Kiki. Is the resident sad boy of the first campaign shy in this AU? ;-) 3. I have a pitch. And I know that we've already had one with Caleb already so this is greedy. But even if it comes in a few years, I'll be so so happy! So the pitch is: Caleb and Essek, canonical Exandria or modern version, whichever. Caleb grading papers and Essek either watering flowers (though that might be too unnatural for a long time) or reading. Around them: CATS! They can be static and just move a paw every now and then. One of the spoken interludes: either a reaction to Jester's sending or a voicemail. Please. I beg of you. Especially since, as a teacher, "Critical Vibes to grade papers/check essays to" will be my JAM! 4. Have I mentioned that I love this? ❤️
