Academiks is a fan, and Joe is not. Ak should've been in Joe's seat. Joe is more color commentary. Akademiks is the interviewer. That moment blew Joe's podcast up. Because a lot of people, like Joe, consider Migos mumble rap.

You may be onto something. But there were other moving parts. Joe doesn't care for Akademics. It was loud. Migos aren't very open during interviews (although they're quite personable here). There was finite time to use the mini-set. That and he was probably appropriately annoyed, at least a little, that the industry has forced him to engage some mumble rappers with no bars.
