So there’s no subscription model for normal people? I don’t know all that this software offers, but my usecase would be solely this access to the web migration.

How much does the subscription cost? What happens if they go out of service?

Can we interrogate the data using either Access as a front end and create local versions of the tables or via Excel/Power query?

This is more for bringing Access data to a database that you can then create web applications over. It's not a good solution for creating Access front-ends or local versions.

@@mrcproductivityok fair enough. What about connecting Excel to it? Is that possible?
@mrcproductivity

It doesn't connect directly to Excel, but it does make it easy to move your Excel data to a database. Once it's in a database, you can create any type of web application over the data.

moving access to sql server and then link front-end of access to SQL server is too slow to retrieve data. How to improve this? For me it takes 45scs to retrieve data. Example I have a main Form with a subform. Its takes 45scs to retrieve data. Cause to rebuild my front-end will takes years. Any Advice?

The best way is to move the Access data to a database, and then build a web-based front-end over that database. The data retrieval time should be nearly instant if you move your data out of access and use a web front-end.

well ima freelancer and Access expert, i can create one for you, which instatly saves/loads data (you won't have to change your frontend, i'll make it good)

Can ms access be link to m-power
@mrcproductivity
@mrcproductivity 2 года назад
Not directly linked, but it's pretty easy to export Access data into a database which can then be used by m-Power.
