I attended a fair for British Colombia and we were told If you pass NCLEX for USA you don’t need to write another one for Canada. It can be used for Canada process.

I'm a registered mental health nurse from Ghana currently in the United States ( Rhode Island) is there any exam for me to write to work here as a mental health nurse? . If it's NCLEX, is there a separate exam for mental health nurses? or it's just the NCLEX for the general nurses that I have to write

I think it’s just Nuclei as US don’t specialize on a particular area until after passing the NCLEX then individual can pick area of choice . That’s from what I understand.
