In my humble opinion....one of the most underrated pop performers there has been....so professional and polished.....one of the best.....and I'm a rock fan!!!
i love this about mika, that he always looks like he's having a lot of fun singing and it's very contagious! that's why i love watching videos of his live shows
@@jaredellis2754 At 4:28, he backs off as everyone else crescendos. You can barely hear his voice over the rest of the music. I wish there was a better word for it: the lead singer steps out of the spotlight so the whole ensemble can shine.
Oh my word, I just burst into tears when the full choir kicked in. Truly one of the most gorgeous pop songs of the 2000s. I was at Mikas concert just two nights ago in Dublin and he is such an incredible performer. He's so underrated.
especially in a time of the coronavirus... this song has bene with me since childhood, but now this version of this song will be with me beyond the end of time.
He looks like he's trying not to dance and he is completely going for the pretend your singing in ur room and no one can see u method and I love him so much
When he sings "little bit of love" and then the girl sings too, and then the choir comes along...jesus, the song grows so much, and it got sooo big. Music is supose to make us feel things and this definetly did that for me
@@ingenerchik are you having a bad day? Do you have a sad life? I can tell you do, thats the only reason why you would talk like a complete asshole to a coment that uprises every artist in this video, knowing or not everybodies name or carreer. I hope you get better 😉
I just can't have enough of the way he moves his body, specially with his hands and head. Is not forced, he's not putting up a show, this is genuinely the way he sings. His body just unfolds and moves along with his voice. I'm sure if he had to do an entire upper body ballet show to get the song the way he wants it he would do it without missing a beat
Brought a tear to my eyes. The part where he sings a little bit of love, it's just a tiny part of the song but when every person sings it....well it's a wonderful metaphor that shows if we all share a little bit of love just how pwerful that can be. Thank you Mika
He looks so much more at home in a concert hall, one of his best live performances no jumping about just pure music but still so entertaining to watch and listen to.
He reminds me so much of this generations Freddie. Flamboyant, exceptionally talented , brilliant vocal control and always looks like he's having a good time whilst on stage
This was my Sisters funeral song when the curtain closed, we also named our dog after Mika as we got him after she died, this song means so much to my Family 🌸
I’m a straight guy but I’m totally gay for Mika haha the guy speaks a lot of languages, have the most amazing voice, piano skills, an amazing fashion sense, it’s always humble and have a great attitude and smile all the time, for real goals of what every person should be! ♥️
This performance has shook me to the core, this got me deep. His performance is something else, honestly tbe best video I've seen on RU-vid this guy even in 2021 deserves all the success in the world
When I first played Mika life in cartoon motion, on a long car journey so they had to go through the whole album, nobody in the car realised it was the same person throughout. They thought it was a compilation album and loved it x
This man and his voice has literally saved my life so many times. Along my mental health trouble journey his music has remained a big part of my life. I'm sitting in a mental health hospital now trying to get my life on the mend.i want to somehow meet him and shake his hand and thank him . Does anyone have any ideas how to do this?
I am glad you are where you need to be. I think, just sending out the thoughts of gratitude will come back to you somehow. Prayers that you get the help you need.
This comment really called out to me and resonated with me for some reason. I don’t know how to help you meet this beautiful man, but I truly hope that you are well and on the mend. Sending lots of love, from one stranger to another. ❤️
WOW! I have loved this song since the first time I heard it, but this performance is just from another world. The part with; "Little bit of love...." has a perfect build-up, it's one of thé best pieces of music of my generation! A few on the same level as Mika, no one above!
I think this song hits every feeling that you have when a relationship ends. I’m not good with words, but it seems to reflect the pain that we suffer following the loss of someone that was a daily part of our life
I had the honor to meet him personally I was working as Chauffeur in Berlin had to pick him up from the airport , what a nice man...in the car I played his song "erase" - he was very surprised " oh I haven't heard this song so long ago..haha great guy great voice!!! God bless him!!
Albert me too. And tonight I was supposed to see him in a small venue, the concert would just be over, I would have been in heaven tonight! Dammmmm the controllers of this world not only are they destroying everything we hold dear but they ruined my night! 🕊🤍
mesmerising. Simply mesmerising. That control over those high notes, second to none. Completely relaxed, focused on being in the moment. Thankyou mika, thankyou
Whether rock, pop or classical, Mika can do it, and do it well! I recently discovered him on RU-vid last year, and a fan ever since. I know he plays mostly Europe and South Korea where they go crazy over him. Being in the U.S, he had a ‘22 Spring Concert here and Canada. He needs to make his mark here in the U.S. as others from Canada and the UK did, not sure why he didn’t.
I don't know how many times I've watched this performance, I love it so much. It gives me goosebumps every single time. The orchestra is amazing & Mika, you are an extraordinary talent ❤️ Looking forward to your new album!
One of my favorite Mika's song. It remind me the days when I was contracting in Southend on Sea,UK, the last months of 2007. Some good memories of my lifetime...⭐
This has been one of favourite songs since 2007, it means so many different things in my life. I did not think the original track could get any better but this was a master piece, I loved the conductor singing “little bit of love”. Mika thank you for sharing with the world your talent. You should be way bigger than you are.
Seeing his concerts on youtube... make me think, how fun would it be to be in the same room as him! It's so worth it to go... I hope I'd get that chance in my lifetime too!
I love singers who are genuine and really seem to enjoy themselves onstage. And then you have people like Mika, who's doing his best just to keep his feet planted in front of the mic while the rest of him is wanting to dance circles around the stage lol
I think this is one of the most beautiful compositions I have ever heard. I was stunned when I first listened to it. Bravo Mika and everyone else involved 💜 Love you Mika.
Oh my, that grand final starting at the 3 minute mark is majestic. I've got goosebumps all over. Kudos to the orchestra and background singers as well.
